½ cup bell peppers (chopped)
½ cup zucchini (chopped)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

Stir-fry vegetables – Heat olive oil in a pan and add the chopped bell peppers and zucchini.
Cook – Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
Add quinoa – Stir in cooked quinoa, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Cook for another 2 minutes.
