Ingredients:

β’ Β½ avocado (mashed) π₯
β’ 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
β’ Β½ tsp mustard
β’ ΒΌ cup cucumber (chopped) π₯
β’ Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Mix tuna β In a bowl, combine tuna, mashed avocado, Greek yogurt, and mustard.
Add veggies β Stir in chopped cucumber and season with salt & pepper.
Serve β Enjoy on whole-grain toast or lettuce leaves! π
